What is said at Para 96 of his WS does not appear to exactly fit with his letter Ref Removed due to IBI NDA. Can he resolve what the case was and expand on Ref Removed due to IBI NDA?

P115 - Does he accept that the need was that the country was trying to become self-sufficient, and wasn’t. Was that not obvious to him at the time?
P165 - What year / time period is he talking about when he says "reducing the risk until heat treated Factor VIII became universally available"?
P191 - Can he explain how long it took to build the separate plasma processing department and what that involved?
P192 - What would have been different in supplying cryo to all patients at this time as opposed to say the very early 70s when virtually all patients would have been getting cryo? Would the new plasma processing dept have made this even easier that it was pre-concentrates?

Does he have a view on how easy it would have been for BPL to switch manufacturing to Cryo from concentrates if they were asked, circa early/mid 80s?
